For women I would suggest to choose the regular size ( size L is quite large so will fit up to XXL - we made it slouchy so it would be so so so comfy ) , and for men regular built I would suggest M, otherwise L is quite enough, if you needed customisations- shorter or longer- we can accommodate that.
